Because trading cards are collectible items with fluctuating value, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refundsunder any circumstances.

Pre-Order Cancellations (Store Credit Only)

We understand that plans can change.

• Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before fulfillment

• Cancellations will be issued store credit only

• No refunds will be provided for canceled pre-orders

Order Cancellations (After Fulfillment)

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it:

• Cannot be canceled

• Is not eligible for refund or store credit

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping, or

• Incorrect compared to your order
